What's behind it?
Headaches have many causes. A common but often overlooked type is cervicogenic headache, which originates from blockages or tension in the cervical spine. Tension headaches from tight neck and shoulder muscles can also be effectively treated with physiotherapy. We analyse the cause and treat it specifically.
Causes
- Blockages of the cervical spine joints
- Tension in the neck and shoulder muscles
- Poor posture from screen work ("text neck")
- Stress and psychological tension
Symptoms
